Warranties

The warranty covers the equipment and ensures its proper operation for 12 months from the date of transfer to the buyer, subject to the rules of operation, storage and transportation specified in the instructions.

The manufacturer undertakes to repair or replace the equipment at no additional charge, after its return, inspection and confirmation of the defect.

Warranty service may be refused in the following cases:

Delivery of faulty equipment is at the buyer's expense. If a specialist needs to visit for repairs, all associated costs (travel, accommodation, travel expenses) are covered by the buyer. Payment is made before the specialist visits.

If the defect is not confirmed after reviewing the claim, the buyer will compensate all costs associated with reviewing the claim.

The warranty does not cover parts subject to natural wear and tear and does not include maintenance work described in the manual.

The warranty period is extended for the period of diagnostics and repair.

The manufacturer is not liable for direct or indirect damages, loss of profits or other possible damage.

An examination carried out by third parties without the participation of a manufacturer's representative is not a basis for warranty repair.
